Red Dead Redemption 2 No Good Deed Walkthrough

I have no idea how I could have offended you. But I don’t know how I offended the last fellers either, and they stole my wagon on account of my impudence. 

Red Dead Redemption 2 No Good Deed Walkthrough

You will begin this quest when you approach a stranger sitting on a suitcase by a road in the south part of Rhodes. A jump fellow, he will quickly apologize for offending you despite having had no interaction with him yet. You will eventually learn this is Doctor Alphonse Renaud, and he is being overly careful because the last group of men he ran into stole his wagon. He can’t be sure if they were offended by his medical practice or the color of his skin, but either way he is without his wagon. Feeling bad for the guy, you set off to find the wagon by heading the direction the thieves went. A helpful neighbor tells you they said they were taking the wagon to Macomb’s End. Head Northeast to fetch your new friend’s wagon.

Macomb’s End

When you approach Macomb’s End, you don’t really have the option of subtlety. As soon a s you are in shouting distance, you yell at the guys nearby that you’re looking for a friend’s wagon. The two men outside will fire on you immediately; take them out. You can start blasting them without alerting them to you, but you’ll have to start shooting from farther out.

After you take out those two goons, you’ll encounter four more. One of them will be hiding in the building to your right while another hides in the building to your left. The third is typically ducking behind the horses near the tree line at the far end of the compound. Once you clear them all out you can search the grounds. The buildings are dilapidated and there is little of value, so there’s no need to linger. When you’re ready, find the wagon and drive it back to Rhodes.

Returning the Wagon

The return trip in Dr. Renaud’s fancy wagon is interesting, as more robbers thirsty for this doctor’s wagon may try to ambush you. The key is just getting back to Rhodes with the wagon in one piece. When you return the wagon to the Doctor, he is thrilled. As a reward, he gives you a pamphlet about health care and offers to help you if he sees you again during your travels. As Dr. Renaud rides off in his wagon, the mission comes to an end.
