How to Save Your Game in CrossCode

First of all, it is worth noting that CrossCode makes use of auto-saves. In other words, you can essentially just play the game without much of a care in the world. There are a lot of checkpoints in the game, which means auto-saving happens on a regular basis. However, if you feel strongly about saving at specific points, you also have the option to save manually.

To save your CrossCode game, push + to bring up the Pause menu. From there, you can select the Save Game option. You have the choice of filling an empty file slot or saving over an older version. given the length of the game, it might be work maintaining multiple saves so that you can backtrack if you want.
