Palworld: How to Automate Food
You can set up farms in Palworld for just about anything. Automation will save you time from the tedious aspects of the game, including feeding your Pals. With the right setup, you can make it easy to feed yourself while allowing your pals to eat with little to no effort from you.
Automatically Feeding Your Pets
Feeding your pals can be tedious. Thankfully, much of this work can be automated by your pals. First, you’ll need some food. You can automate food harvesting by building a Berry Plantation. Unlockable after Level 5, you can build a plantation with 3 berry seeds, 20 wood, and 20 stones. Once you plant your seeds, certain pals can harvest the berries for you.
Once you have the food, the next step will be to create a Feed Box. You’ll need to reach Level 4 to be able to craft the Feed Box, which takes 20 Wood to build. Once you’ve got it in place in your base, the pals assigned there will retrieve food from there and eat it when they get hungry. That means the tedium of manually feeding each pal is a thing of the past.
Keep in mind, high-level pets will not be happy to subsist on berries alone. You’ll need to provide them with more complex meals to keep their sanity up, and that process cannot be automated.
You Can’t Automate Your Own Feeding Schedule
As the main character, there is no way to automate your own food needs. Thankfully, your farm system can greatly simplify this process. Your pals can harvest all types of food, leaving you with little to do but eat what they’ve found or cook it to create a complex meal. When you invest in your base, feeding yourself takes little more effort than just clicking on the food and choosing to eat it.
That’s it for automating the food process. Was this guide helpful? Let us know in the comment section below.
