First things first: does the Two Point Hospital Golden Toilet give you any kind of tangible benefit or effect? WHO CARES! This game has people dressed up as clowns pooping on a Golden Toilet, and that’s pretty much what I’m looking for in a video game.

In all seriousness, the Golden Toilet has no tangible benefit. However, it looks much nicer and is a hilarious addition to any of your hospital bathrooms. The toilet doesn’t cost any more than a standard toilet either, which certainly makes it an aesthetic choice entirely.

How to Get Two Point Hospital Golden Toilet

There is only one way to get the Golden Toilet, and it has nothing to with playing the game at all! The Golden Toilet is a reward for signing up for Two Point Hospital Pass service. To sign up, simply go to the Two Point Hospital website and check out the Nerds and Scoundrels page. There, sign up through your Steam account and the Golden Toilet will automatically be added. To get access to the Golden Toilet in-game, simply navigate to the Items page and choose the Golden Toilet. Constructing one costs $2,000 each time you build one.
