Atom RPG Characteristics Guide

In Atom RPG, there are a total of 11 different characteristics. When you create your character, you will have 40 points to distribute. You must put at least one point in every skill, giving you 29 more points to spread around as you choose.

Characteristics List

The list of characteristics in the game include:

• Luck – A higher luck score boosts every action you take.
• Attention – Boosts the accuracy of all firearms, and increases the chance of interactions and dialogue.
• Endurance – Increases HP and resistance to damage.
• Strength – Higher strength increases the amount of weight you can carry as well as your melee weapon damage.
• Dexterity – Influences your ability to dodge and move in combat.
• Intellect – Unlocks more dialogue options during conversations
• Personality – Influences your rhetoric and ability to trade.

Atom RPG Best Characteristics

Every characteristic is valuable in some way, and your playstyle will greatly influence how you build your character. But there are three characteristics that we highly recommend stuffing with points early in the game. These Atom RPG characteristics will be of use from the very beginning of the game to the very end, and provide you with the most useful buffs early on. The three characteristics we suggest you invest in early are:

• Luck
• Endurance
• Attention

We favor Luck because it ties into every action you take in the game. Getting small buffs along the way is super helpful, especially early in the game. We like Endurance because the boost to health and resistances is powerful. After all, surviving is the name of the game. Finally, We prefer Attention because it boosts your accuracy with all firearms, and can also trigger dialogue and things in the environment you would ordinarily miss.

How you play is up to you, of course. If you want a fighter that will do a lot of melee damage in the early game, put more points into Strength and Dexterity. Alternatively, if you want to play the game by avoiding combat and solving things with your wits, invest in Intellect and Personality.
