Fire Emblem Engage Workout | What is Strength Training?
Battle is the focus of Fire Emblem Engage, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have a little downtime here or there. When you have time to kill in the hub area known as Somniel, one of the areas you can spend time in is the Training Yard. Want to get in a little workout before your next fight? Let’s dive into our Fire Emblem Engage Workout Guide to learn more.
How to Exercise in Fire Emblem Engage
Before you can workout at the Training Yard, you’ll need to know where it is. You can locate the Training Yard in Somniel. You won’t have access to the Training Yard immediately, but the option will open up to you when you unlock the character Alfred.
At the Training Yard, there are three different mini games you can take part in. These are for more than just your amusement, as completing these mini games can give you bonuses in your next battle. The three mini games include:
- Sit-ups
- Push-ups
- Squats
Each mini-game involves a combination of button-mashing and stick-jostling. The games are simple, as you only need to follow the instructions provided on the screen. The rewards for each mini-game also differ. Sit-ups give you a temporary HP buff, push-ups offer a temporary strength buff, and squats give a temporary dexterity buff. These buffs only last through your next battle.
That’s all there is to working out in Fire Emblem Enage. Be sure to check out our other content for the game!
