Assassins Creed Valhalla Rude Awakening Walkthrough

It wouldn’t be a Viking hello without some evil spies from Kjotve. Once you awaken from a horrible nightmare, it’s time to defend your people with whatever strategy you’re most interested in! Rude Awakening is not the longest mission in the world, but finding all of the spies can be a bit of a chore. If you’re having trouble pinning down the final locations of the spies, our Assassins Creed Valhalla Rude Awakening walkthrough will make it easy!

Rude Awakening

Your first spy is given to you; just follow the quest marker.

You should try out your wrist blade on a target whose back is turned to you. It’s pretty important to figure out how quickly enemies can react to you, and how slow you might need to crawl in order to get the action off. This guy is pretty easy pickings, so experiment!

Then, you’re stuck looking for the rest of the spies. The first group of spies is hidden inside of the mountain crags, near where you killed the first spy. Head off to the side; it may be easier to send your bird out to scout! If you find a tent with a few men standing outside of it, you have your targets.

From what we’ve seen, these spies don’t have any hidden loot or goodies for you to nab. Just assassinate or brawl with them and head back to your ship to travel the world.

Once you’ve killed these warriors, you must go and find Sigurd again. Thankfully, you just need to follow the compass to get back to him. That goes for pillaging Kjotve’s supplies! That’s going to be approximately 1,000 meters, but you’ll make it in no time by boat.

Raid of Nottfall

Unsurprisingly, it’s hard to assassinate people after you’ve blown the horn of battle. So you’ll be brawling through the town. Make sure you head into buildings to search chests! For example, the first chest after getting into the raiding area has a ton of iron and a new rune to use.

As you push in, you’ll be asked to burn supply wagons. Chuck a torch onto the little wagon with a blue arrow connected to it and it’ll burn quite easily. Once again, make sure you check inside of buildings! Sometimes, you may need to vault a window to get into a room.

Once the wagon is burnt, you’ll be asked to head back to the docks to investigate some ships. This is not reinforcements, and you’ll have time to loot any building you haven’t gotten to yet. So, if you’re not wanting to fight enemies, you can quickly head to the back of town to burn the wagon.
