Assassin’s Creed Valhalla The Seas of Fate Walkthrough

Your leader has bent the knee to King Harold, so it is time for the repercussions. If you’re having trouble with “The Seas of Fate” or want to look a bit ahead, Nerds and Scoundrels has you covered. This is a fairly simple and short quest, so there’s not much to talk about. But, we’ll give you the rundown of what you have to do in The Seas of Fate walkthrough.

The Seas of Fate

First thing’s first, finding Sigurd. These are some of your enemies in town, and you have the chance to go completely rogue on a misclick. We do not recommend that you start swinging for the fences quite yet; King Harold has this area locked down!

Sigurd is close to the start, right next to the game of Orlog. You can’t quite walk into the blue light; go to the door nearby and “knock” on it to enter.

Sigurd is pretty mad about the whole… being-conquered thing. During the cutscene, you have the choice to either gather more supplies from Kjotve’s raid, or leave them for Sigurd’s father. Taking the supplies will cause Sigurd to be mad at you, but you start with 400 more supplies for the midgame escape to England. Leaving them makes Sigurd much happier, and he’ll be more likely to stay with you when you leave for England. Supplies are not too hard to gather, so we tend to like to make Sigurd happy instead.

You’ll obviously be able to come back to this area to gather wealth and artifacts in the future. If you want to 100% the game, it doesn’t have to be right now. But, this will cause you to be stuck in England for a while. Make sure you’ve explored as much as you’ve wanted to before talking to Sigurd, since that will start a cascade of cutscenes and plop you in England with a fresh start (or a little more than a fresh start with the raid supplies).
